The Reserve Bank of India regularly reviews the services covered under its Citizen’s Charter and based on the recent review – (i) two services have been included, and (ii) one service related to Issuance of Fresh Money Changers license has been discontinued. Accordingly, the number of services under the Charter now stands at 199.
