So, who is Cyrus Jal Bharucha ?

Myself, Cyrus Jal Bharucha, retired as Partner in-charge of the Bangalore office of Kalyaniwalla & Mistry LLP (K&M) on 31st March 2021. I have significant professional experience in Audit, Taxation and advisory. I have a broad range of local and multinational clients in the public and private sector.

I have developed strong expertise in managing and co-coordinating large and complex audit and transaction support assignments for a wide range of industry sectors.  

I have a deep understanding of the business environment, business risk & control environment, accounting and reporting issues relevant to the Indian and multinational companies operating in India. 

I am responsible for conducting audits, due diligence review and regulatory compliance review. 

I have worked with a broad range of multinational clients in the public and private sector. My professional experience also includes handling special assignments for a wide range of clients in different services and industries A-Broad.

I have conducted several courses & seminars on varied subjects, from accounting for non-finance personnel to motivational programmes for junior & middle level executives. I have also addressed seminars on varied subjects, including “Doing Business in India” organized under the patronage of UK Trade and Investment – British Deputy High Commission – Bangalore and Indo- French Chambers of Commerce, Bangalore and Chennai.
