The Reserve Bank had recognised FinTech Association for Consumer Empowerment (FACE) as the first Self-Regulatory Organisation in the FinTech Sector (SRO-FT), vide Press Release dated August 28, 2024. 2. RBI has since received an application from the Unified Fintech Forum (UFF) seeking recognition as SRO-FT.
